You can’t completely control your external environment and from time to time, you might have to deal with negativity at work, home, social media — anywhere. So you have to secure yourself.

Apart from getting more than 7 hours of sleep per day consistently, you need to be well-rested by ensuring a regular sleeping schedule with limited mid-night interruptions.
Living a healthy holistic life promotes good sleep while sleeping well ensures a holistic lifestyle. Like cycles in an ecosystem, sleep and holistic living relate and are essential to each other. Do your best to master healthy sleeping habits to live a holistic lifestyle with no regrets.
